Are these real photos?
No. The pictures of homes, streets, farms and chargers on this site are AI-generated illustrations, created with Google's Gemini image tools. They show the kinds of homes and roofs found around Nottinghamshire.
They are not photos of installations arranged through this service, and they are not customers' homes. Pictures of real places, such as Southwell Minster or Ollerton Watermill, are an artist's impression and may differ in detail from the real building.
How the images are labelled
We label the images so people, search engines and AI tools can tell they are illustrations.
In the file. Each image carries IPTC photo metadata marking it as made by a trained AI model (digital source type "trainedAlgorithmicMedia"), with a credit, copyright notice and a link to this page.
On the page. Structured data on every page lists each image with its creator, credit, copyright notice and licence page.
By Google. Google adds an invisible SynthID watermark to images made with its AI tools.
Small edits. We have resized and compressed every image, and removed stray AI-made lettering, such as a number plate and a misspelt sign, from two of them.
